Teammate Readiness & Enablement Senior Specialist

Job Overview Provide leadership and support to a team or various teams focused on defining, designing, and implementing industry leading Teammate Readiness strategies to support LOB initiatives, projects, Contact Center onboarding and other readiness assignments. Drives efforts to optimize efficiency, quality, client service and investment in future capabilities of the core operational functions of Truist Contact Center. There is a 5 day in-office expectation. Job Details Regular position. Language Fluency: English (Required). Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Core Responsibilities Lead a team to effectively create, develop and deploy assigned teammate readiness initiatives, projects and assignments and/or creates, trains and supports a consistent teammate onboarding experience for our Contact Center teammates. Meets deadlines and milestones in timely manner - includes proactive planning with Implementation Project Manager or Project Managers for key delivery dates and execution. Effectively communicates with stake holders in planning, deploying and follow up actions to drive full adoption, execution and sustained performance of assigned initiatives to meet TR&E standards. Builds, creates, reviews and inspects teammates' outputs and deliverables to meet TR&E standards consistently. Ability to quickly and proactively engage appropriate partners for successful project completion - e.g. SMEs, compliance, Project Managers, WFM. Consistently delivers effective written and verbal communications of self, and that of team for each milestone. Fosters an environment of fair and constructive development support to improve output and performance for teams' development and engagement. Effectively and actively represent the CCC in key work streams and assigned projects. Ability to predict, manage and solve for potential road blocks, pitfalls and concerns in projects representing the CCC for self and team. Required Qualifications Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience and related training. 10 year's Financial Services experience or equivalent work experience. Training experience to include instructional design, class facilitation with writing content material for adult learners. Thorough knowledge of branch and/or Contact Center operational procedures, policies, etc. Proficiency in Computer Applications (Skype/Web Ex, MS Office, Excel and Power Point), Technical, Interpersonal, Problem Solving and ability to work efficiently across multiple platforms. Highly developed written and verbal communications (including grammar and spelling). Demonstrated abilities to influence, manage or have experience managing high performing teams. Ability to execute on a project and define realization factors proving success of the project. Preferred Qualifications Contact Center or Retail leadership experience.
