Manufacturing Assembly Associate

Description Ameritek International, Global Sourcing FullTime | Small Manufacturing Environment About the Role: We are seeking a handson Manufacturing Assembly Associate to support light mechanical assembly, soldering, and general production work in a fastpaced, growing manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety-your primary focus will be assembly, but you will also assist in warehouse operations during slower production periods. You will work closely with engineering, production, and warehouse teams to ensure highquality builds, accurate documentation, and ontime customer shipments. Responsibilities $40 Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or warehouse operations
• Experience with hand tools, mechanical assembly, and soldering
• Ability to read basic drawings, work instructions, and part lists
• Comfortable working in a small, fastmoving company environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or warehouse operations
