Responsibilities As a Customer Service Teammate at GO Car Wash, you’ll help our customers care for their cars. This includes explaining our car wash options and requirements, preparing and loading their cars for automated washes, and assisting with self-cleaning options. You also help maintain our car wash sites to ensure a clean, superior experience. Positively and energetically engage and communicate with customers. Quickly understand, retain, and follow directions and procedures—especially safety. Continuously stand, move, and smile for long periods of time. Requirements Be at least 16 years old. Verify you are eligible to work in the United States. Compensation: A base pay of $16.00–$18.00 per hour, plus an average commission of $2.00 per hour from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped. The offer depends on location and level of knowledge, skills, and experience.
