**Job Title: HVAC Sales Consultant / In-home Comfort Advisor (100% Commission-Based)** Are you a dynamic and results-oriented sales professional seeking an opportunity to thrive in the HVAC industry? We are actively recruiting for a passionate HVAC Sales Consultant / In-home Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be understanding clients' needs, delivering precise quotes, and managing job materials, all while upholding our high code of ethics. If you possess excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a commitment to ethical sales practices, this 100% commission-based position offers the chance to maximize your earning potential and advance your career with us. JOB SUMMARYThis position provides customer options, design, and education in selling replacement HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial settings. JOB DUTIES
- Presents HVAC system replacement options
- Presents financing options
- Learns One Hour sales system and ethical practices
- Can perform Heat Load Calculations.
- Maintains sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisor
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
- Wears floor savers while in the clients home
- Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales experience required
- HVAC trade experience a plus
- Must display strong communication (listening included) skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
