Concessions Supervisor, Hencraft at Hub Hall

The opportunity Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Concessions Supervisor to join our team at Hencraft at Hub Hall in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service. What will you do? Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service and food quality Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to recipe and presentation standards Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner Train, coach, and support team members while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment Operate and oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, balancing drawers, and ensuring accuracy of sales reporting Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements Assist with inventory control, product rotation, opening/closing procedures, and shift execution Lead by example in a fast-paced environment while promoting a culture of hospitality, quality, and accountability More about you Experience working in a restaurant required Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred Must be able to implement rules and direct employees Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment No college degree required Physical requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season Shift details Days Evenings Holidays M-F Weekends Events Who we are Delaware North is a leader in food service management, operating some of the busiest and most famous kitchens in the world.
