Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Multiple roles are available: three positions supporting resource rooms and grade-level classes, and one specialized position focused on mental health and behavioral support in a self-contained program. Hours align with the school day (7:30 AM to 2:20 PM), ensuring a consistent weekday schedule and work-life balance.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid NH Teaching License (required)
- Experience or strong interest in Special Education, with adaptability for both resource room and self-contained environments
- Solid understanding of IEP development, behavioral intervention strategies, and classroom management
- Compassionate approach when working with students facing mental health or behavioral challenges
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
- Effective communication and collaboration with students, colleagues, and families
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students
- Manage small groups or 1:1 instruction within resource room or specialized program settings
- Maintain IEP compliance, track student progress, and report milestones
- Collaborate with general education teachers and school support staff
- Participate in school meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
