Join CTI to troubleshoot and tune up real-world AV systems across all kinds of spaces-built on platforms like Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Poly, Yealink, AMX (and more)- and deliver the kind of customer experience people remember.

What are your responsibilities?

- Respond to customer service calls for installed AV systems- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with: - Displays, projection, and video walls, etc. - Audio systems (DSPs, microphones, speakers, etc.) - Video conferencing platforms (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, room PCs, etc.) - Control systems (Crestron, Extron, etc.)

- Resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
- Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files- Customer-Facing Support- Documentation & Ticketing
- Other tasks as assigned

Does experience count?

- AV/IT Networking: At least 4 years of experience with commercial AV integration installations and troubleshooting are required.
- Education: an associate's degree is preferred, but not required. We take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.
- Customer Service Experience: A must! As you can see, our customers are #1, and we need someone who can take care of them and treat them as such.
- Attitude and Aptitude are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.

- Salary $55,000/yr - $85,000/yr (DOE)
