About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Compliance to provide executive leadership and set the strategic vision for compliance across its integrated delivery system and health plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to complex healthcare regulations, promoting a culture of ethical conduct, and leading enterprise-wide compliance strategy, policies, audits, investigations, training, and regulatory response efforts. This role requires a forward-thinking compliance vision that positions compliance as a strategic partner, and the ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree or Juris Doctor, with compliance and privacy certification, and deep expertise in healthcare compliance and regulation. As the Vice President of Compliance, the role involves managing compliance risk, privacy and data governance, and regulatory readiness. The candidate will also oversee high-risk areas such as data governance and sharing, AI governance, billing and provider-based compliance, and 340B programs. A key aspect of the position is serving as the Chair of the Ethical Business Practices Committee, leading conflict-of-interest processes, investigations, and corrective actions, and supporting privacy and breach notification requirements. The ideal candidate will be a trusted, collaborative executive with the judgment and presence to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives in a highly regulated environment, and will exemplify servant leadership through collaboration, partnership, and engagement to deliver a lasting impact.
