About Our Agency: Our agency opened in 2019 and is a team of seven focused on performance, consistency, and delivering a strong customer experience. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as a Senior Director at Home Depot, bringing leadership, structure, and a results-driven mindset into the agency. Our office is uniquely positioned next to the State Farm hub in Texas, serving as a key presence in the area. We stay actively involved in the community through local Chambers of Commerce and value building strong local relationships. Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
