Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Kitchen Supervisor prepares monthly food menu and cooks food in compliance regulatory agency requirements and guidelines. He/she supervises cooks and provides oversight for all kitchen operations including serving meals to clients.
- Supervises cooks and provides oversight for all kitchen operations.
- Ensures compliance with all Urban Pathways, funding and regulatory agency requirements and guidelines.
- Ensures that menu planning is completed on a four-week cycle.
- Assists cooks in all aspects of meal preparation and service.
- Serves meals to clients.
