Join the accounting team at Toyota of Puyallup, the #1 volume Toyota dealership in the Puget Sound! We are seeking a dependable, detail-focused Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk. This role is essential to keeping our dealership operations running smoothly by ensuring the accuracy, compliance and timely processing of our high-volume dealership transactions. Responsibilities & Expectations Audit & Process: You will audit invoices and purchase orders, verify payments and receipt of payments, reconciliation of credit cards and inter-franchise accounting. Financial Accuracy: You'll balance debits/credits, maintain and reconcile accounting schedules, verify all deal data aligns with finance documentation in the DMS and manage service warranty remittances. Daily Collaboration: You will communicate with our Parts and Service management teams as well as working with our Office Manager to resolve discrepancies. Professionalism: We require at least 3 years of AP/AR experience (automotive preferred) and a methodical approach to handling time sensitive data and account receivable management including assisting with collections on outstanding items.
