Responsibilities Collecting and checking documents, such as corporate documents and signing authority documentation, to ensure legal enforceability. Ensuring transactions are correctly documented and booked correctly into the system of record. Supporting and coordinating workflow for the funding processes. Generating regular and ad‑hoc reports of the fund administration and distributing to dealers and vendors. Degree Requirement Degree or equivalent experience desired Skill Descriptors Finance and Accounting Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. Level Working Knowledge: Works with general ledger accounts. Differentiates between capital investments and expenses. Uses finance and accounting systems, procedures and practices. Interprets profit and loss statements, balance sheets and financial forecasts. Resolves questions about finance and accounting policies and practices. Accuracy and Attention to Detail Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Level Working Knowledge: Accurately gauges the impact and cost of errors, omissions, and oversights. Utilizes specific approaches and tools for checking and cross‑checking outputs.
