- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights that drive profitable customer acquisition and long-term engagement. >
- Design, execute, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to optimize conversion rates and spend allocation. >
- Support Product and Marketing teams in designing high-performing customer journeys, focusing on the cadence and sequence of interactions that maximize LTV >
- Build and maintain automated dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau to track real-time performance, attribution, and CPA >
- Use predictive insights to lead budgeting, forecasting, and "what-if" scenario planning for quarterly growth targets. >
- Act as a bridge between Marketing, Product, and Data Science to ensure data integrity and alignment on overarching strategic goals. >
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels >
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative (STEM) field with 5+ years of analytics experience (or a Master's with 3+ years). Specific experience in Fintech or Financial Services is highly preferred. >
- Mastery of SQL and Advanced Excel is required. >
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and data manipulation is preferred. >
- Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms; you know how to build a dashboard that tells a story at a glance. >
- Deep understanding of hypothesis testing, incrementality, and experimental design. >
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and a "clean data" mindset. >
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into a compelling business case for senior leadership. >
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment. >
