Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginia's capital city and five nearby counties. Annually, our four campus sites serve approximately 13,000 credit students and provide training for 7,400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance. The Manufacturing and Logistics Program Support Technician will support the mission Community College Workforce Alliance's (CCWA's) mission by providing administrative and program support to the Manufacturing and Logistics workforce training team and programs, and other services, for job seekers and industry (i.e., Manufacturing, Logistics,CDL, etc.). The Program Support Tech will support registration by helping track Manufacturing and Logistics related grants, and support the tuition assistance process when needed, serves as a subject matter expert for processes related to Manufacturing and Logistics programming, and act as a liaison to 3rd party vendors, proctors, instructors, and students. This position will help oversee and coordinate class preparation, basic technology support, and reporting with minimal supervision and the highest level of customer service.
