Resumen GeneralResponsable de gestionar el proceso de adquisición de bienes y servicios requeridos por los diferentes departamentos de la empresa, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas, la optimización de costos, la calidad de los productos y servicios adquiridos, y la continuidad de las operaciones.
Responsabilidades, Deberes y Tareas EsencialesEl deber primordial de la persona que ocupa esta plaza consiste en la ejecución de las siguientes tareas de acuerdo con las políticas y directrices de la Empresa:
- Evaluación y selección de nuevos proveedores aplicables a la adquisición de algún bien y/o servicio.
- Realizar análisis comparativos de cotizaciones considerando precio, calidad, tiempo de entrega y condiciones comerciales.
- Dar seguimiento al ciclo completo de las órdenes de compra hasta su cierre.
- Coordinar con el departamento de Contabilidad la resolución de discrepancias entre órdenes de compra, facturas y recibos.
- Verificar que las compras cumplan con las políticas internas y los presupuestos aprobados.
- Coordinar con los departamentos solicitantes la recepción de materiales y la solución de incidencias.
- Identificar oportunidades de reducción de costos y estandarización de materiales y servicios.
- Garantizar la confidencialidad de la información comercial y de negociación con suplidores.
- Revisión y aprobación de requisiciones para la generación de las órdenes de compra, asegurando que todo cumple con los estándares de la empresa.
- Apoyar en la continuidad de las operaciones del departamento de Compras Y Flota durante vacaciones de integrantes de dicho departamento.
- Mantener inventario de materiales recurrentes de oficina, así como cualquier otro que sea considerado por la empresa.
- Apoyar con el cuadre mensual de las tarjetas de crédito corporativas con su debida documentación de apoyo.
- Coordinar devoluciones, créditos y reclamaciones por mercancía defectuosa o mal despachada de ser necesario.
- Apoyar en los proyectos de depuración, archivo y disposición de documentos conforme a la política de retención documental de la empresa.
- Cualquier otra tarea requerida por su supervisor inmediato para el funcionamiento efectivo del Departamento de Compras y Flota.
Para desempeñarse con éxito en este puesto, la persona debe poder realizar cada tarea a cabalidad. Los requisitos descritos a continuación son representativos del conocimiento, destrezas y habilidades requeridas. Acomodo razonable puede ser facilitado para que personas con impedimentos puedan desempeñar dichas funciones.
- Educación en Gerencia de Materiales o área relacionada.
- Experiencia en una posición similar.
- Conocimiento básico de análisis de costos y negociación.
- Excel intermedio o avanzado (tablas dinámicas, funciones y análisis de datos).
- Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con fechas límite.
- Buen manejo del tiempo con capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas
- Alto sentido de organización y servicio al cliente interno.
- Excelentes destrezas de comunicación orales, escritas y de interpretación para los idiomas español e inglés
- Experiencia trabajando con un sistema de compras como SAP Concur o similar, preferiblemente.
- Dominio de MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word y Outlook)
- Destrezas para mantener buenas relaciones interpersonales.
