Jack Madden Ford is looking for an experienced Desk Manager / Closer to join our sales leadership team. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all finance and insurance desk activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Work closely with sales staff to finalize sales contracts and coordinate financing options for customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive financing options.
- Train and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service and meet compliance standards.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to automotive financing and sales.
- Analyze desk operations and implement strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review daily and monthly financial reports and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Desk Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, insurance products, and contract compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with automotive sales software and finance management tools is a plus.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 per week, paid monthly.
