Program Manager

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Transformation Product Management organization supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Bellevue, WA, Overland Park, KS, and Frisco, TX

Duration: 12+ months with highly possible extension / conversion

What's the Job?

Lead transformation product management initiatives across enterprise-wide business and technology capabilities.
Manage a portfolio of complex, high-visibility transformation efforts with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
Partner with stakeholders to define product outcomes, prioritize demand, and translate strategies into actionable roadmaps.
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, including business, technology, finance, and operations.
Monitor progress, communicate risks, and ensure the delivery of measurable business value.

What's Needed?

At least 10 years of relevant experience leading enterprise transformation or complex business initiatives.
Strong product management discipline with experience in defining outcomes, roadmaps, and managing scope.
Business and technical fluency, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
Proven experience in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and change enablement.
Ability to lead through ambiguity, facilitate collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
