Program Manager
Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Transformation Product Management organization supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Bellevue, WA, Overland Park, KS, and Frisco, TX
Duration: 12+ months with highly possible extension / conversion
What's the Job?
- Lead transformation product management initiatives across enterprise-wide business and technology capabilities.
- Manage a portfolio of complex, high-visibility transformation efforts with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
- Partner with stakeholders to define product outcomes, prioritize demand, and translate strategies into actionable roadmaps.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, including business, technology, finance, and operations.
- Monitor progress, communicate risks, and ensure the delivery of measurable business value.
What's Needed?
- At least 10 years of relevant experience leading enterprise transformation or complex business initiatives.
- Strong product management discipline with experience in defining outcomes, roadmaps, and managing scope.
- Business and technical fluency, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and change enablement.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, facilitate collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
