Looking for a long-term opportunity in a thriving private practice? An established, growing private dental practice in St. Charles, Illinois is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, is comfortable treating both PPO and Medicaid patients, and is excited to grow with a practice that is investing heavily in its future. This position begins at 3 clinical days per week , with a clear path to 5 days per week as patient demand continues to grow. What We Offer Growing patient base with immediate production opportunities Competitive percentage of collections compensation based on experience Opportunity to expand from 3 to 5 days per week Modern, fully digital private practice Clinical autonomy with supportive ownership Experienced team and efficient workflows Long-term career opportunity with significant growth potential Technology & Clinical Resources Dentrix Ascend Digital radiography Panoramic imaging CBCT access Implant surgical equipment Modern operatories and digital workflow We're Looking For Someone Who Has 3+ years of clinical experience (preferred) Is comfortable treating both PPO and Medicaid patients Can confidently treatment plan comprehensive cases Is a strong producer while maintaining an excellent patient experience Has experience with implant placement and/or restoration (preferred) Has experience with or interest in full-arch/All-on-X cases (a plus, but not required) Wants to build lasting relationships with patients and become part of a growing practice for years to come Works well with a team and enjoys helping mentor and elevate those around them Responsibilities Perform comprehensive examinations and treatment planning Deliver high-quality restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, extractions, endodontics, removable prosthetics, and other general procedures Place and restore implants when appropriate Collaborate on larger implant and full-arch rehabilitation cases Maintain accurate clinical documentation and provide exceptional patient care Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered dentistry Why Join Us?
