International Shipping Operations Associate

What if your knack for details could move freight around the world every day? At Regal Staffing Services, we’re placing a Shipping Clerk Associate with a non-climate controlled company in the Alliance area—someone who can own the paperwork, the pick/pack flow, and the carrier conversations that make on-time shipping happen.

Your impact

• Do you like coordinating the moving pieces? You’ll line up UPS, FedEx, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Are you comfortable with international documentation? You’ll prepare Commercial Invoices and SLI forms so cross-border shipments sail through.
• Enjoy hands-on work? You’ll pick, pack, wrap, and label orders with care and speed.
• Love accuracy? You’ll verify packing slips and complete clean, reliable data entry.
• Want to keep freight compliant? You’ll generate Bills of Lading, packing lists, and other required documents.
• Collaborative by nature? You’ll partner with shipping brokers and carriers to solve issues fast.

Schedule, pay, and tools

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (1st shift)
• Compensation: $20.00–$24.00 per hour DOE
• Technology: Warehouse Management Software (WMS)

Foundational experience

• Shipping/Receiving know-how
• General warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Work setting

Non-climate controlled environment in the Alliance area.
