Our team stays because they are supported, recognized, and given real tools to succeed.WHAT YOU WILL DOOwn and grow an active referral territory across the Phoenix metro, building lasting relationships with hospital discharge planners, SNFs, ALFs, physicians, and other key partners.Identify and develop new referral sources through consistent, strategic field activity, including sales calls, facility visits, and community events.Analyze your territory to build and execute a focused marketing plan with measurable outcomes.Meet regularly with key decision-makers, track your activity, and report on the impact of your field efforts.Represent the Endeavor brand at conferences, networking events, community gatherings, and partner functions.Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and the broader BD team to hit and exceed shared goals.Support smooth care transitions by assisting with inquiries and intakes when needed.WHAT YOU BRING2+ years of hospice or healthcare sales experience in the Arizona market.Established referral relationships with hospital discharge planners, SNFs, ALFs, or physician practices in the Phoenix metro area, preferred.A track record of hitting or exceeding territory goals, not just holding accounts.Strong organizational and planning skills. You manage your own calendar and your own pipeline.The ability to think strategically about a territory, identify high-value targets, and build a road map to get there.A proactive, competitive mindset.
