What You'll Do
- Utilize your sales expertise to identify and engage potential customers through leads, referrals, and prospecting.
- Conduct professional inspections for roofing and exterior services, including siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia.
- Prepare accurate estimates and guide customers through insurance claim processes when needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, businesses, and the community.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience in roofing, exteriors is required.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform detailed roof and exterior inspections confidently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a positive attitude.
