The Project Manager is a key customer-facing sales position within our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service teams. You will serve as the homeowner-facing advisor, meeting with clients after the field technician’s diagnosis to clearly explain findings and present tailored repair options, replacement paths, or upgrade recommendations. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, communication skills and sales confidence. You’re not just selling—you’re helping homeowners make informed decisions about the systems that keep their homes safe and comfortable.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• In-Home Sales Consultations — Meet with homeowners to review technician findings and discuss recommended solutions.
• Present Clear Options — Offer repair, replacement, or upgrade packages in a way that’s easy to understand and aligned with customer needs.
• Build Customer Trust — Communicate professionally, answer questions, and help homeowners feel confident in their choices.
• Create Estimates & Proposals — Prepare accurate quotes and scope of work documents.
• Close Sales — Guide customers through the decision-making process and secure approval for recommended work.
• Coordinate With Install Teams — Ensure smooth handoff to installation crews and maintain communication throughout the project.
• Follow Up With Customers — Maintain relationships, answer post-consultation questions, and support long-term customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

· Strong sales background (in-home, consultative, or high-ticket sales preferred)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to simplify complex information for homeowners

· Confidence presenting solutions and closing deals

· Professional appearance and customer-service mindset

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

· Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in home-services sales (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, solar, etc.)

· Familiarity with proposal software or CRM tools

· Comfort working in a fast-paced, field-based environment

· Strong follow-through and organizational habits
