Chief Executive Officer

The Arc Gateway , a highly respected, non-profit organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Pensacola, FL, is looking for a visionary and collaborative Chief Executive Officer to lead its next chapter of growth and impact. The CEO will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership while serving as the organization's chief advocate and public spokesperson. The successful candidate will lead a talented executive team, strengthen community partnerships, advance fundraising efforts, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that transform the lives of the clients they serve. The Ideal Candidate Will Bring: Proven track record as an executive leader of a nonprofit organization, required Demonstrated expertise in financial management of budgets $10M+, with proven success of ensuring long-term organizational sustainability Strong background in donor cultivation, grant management, and APD/Medicaid waiver funding streams Demonstrated commitment to community engagement, representing the organization in local and state-level partnerships, coalitions, and advocacy efforts Familiarity with the I/DD community and person-centered service models (residential, employment, and family support programs) Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least five (5) years of management experience in staff supervision and program development; or a master's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with key personnel—including officers, directors, and committee chairpersons If you're a non-profit leader who enjoys bringing people together and have a genuine passion for empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live, work, and thrive, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
