The NOW Massage is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for our Las Colinas (Irving) boutique. Our therapists enjoy a consistent client flow, a supportive team, and a modern environment designed exclusively for massage therapy.
Our massage therapists earn $50–$60+ per hour , including hourly pay, service pay, and tips, with many weekend shifts fully booked.

What You'll Do
Perform customized massage sessions using The NOW service standards
Provide exceptional hospitality throughout the guest experience
Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms
Communicate professionally with guests and teammates
Help create a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere in the boutique
Qualifications
Active Texas Massage Therapist License (TDLR)
Experience with Swedish and deep tissue massage
Professional, reliable, and guest-focused
Available for some evenings and weekends
Passion for continued learning and delivering outstanding care
Whether you're an experienced therapist or a recent graduate ready to grow your skills, we'd love to meet you.

Monday - Friday 10 am - 8 pm
