Construction Superintendent We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial and educational projects. This role is with a well-established general contractor known for delivering high-quality construction management services across sectors such as education, healthcare, commercial, and community facilities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment delivery. Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance with building codes. Conduct site inspections, maintain daily logs, and resolve issues promptly. Communicate progress with project managers, architects, and clients. Preferred Experience: K-12 school construction (additions, remodels, and ground-up projects). Familiarity with complex scheduling and phased construction in occupied facilities. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read blueprints and manage schedules. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
