Service Technician II (Assistant Maintenance)

We are seeking a Service Technician II for a 142-unit apartment community located in Plano. Rate: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance. Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment. Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every other week. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus. Valid Texas Driver’s License.
