Mentoring Alliance is seeking a Daycare Worker to join the After School team. The role focuses on fostering youth development by leading elementary students in enrichment activities, serving as a role model, and contributing to a Christian ministry environment. The position is non-exempt, part-time, approximately 17–20 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. schedule during the school calendar year.
