Principal Field Clinical Specialist - Mitral & Tricuspid (Missouri/Kansas)

Principal Field Clinical Specialist role supporting Medtronic's Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies clinical programs across Missouri and Kansas. Provides on-site clinical education, technical device support, and site coordination for structural heart interventional studies, requiring 75% travel including international assignments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site clinical education and consulting at investigator sites
- Provide technical support for Intrepid TMVR/TTVR device preparation and troubleshooting
- Coordinate patient screening, enrollment support, and screening material collection
- Develop and deliver physician training on devices, procedures, and case studies
- Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, coordinators, and hospital staff
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 8+ years clinical support or hospital experience
- OR associate degree with additional relevant clinical background
- Structural heart or cardiac interventional procedure knowledge
- Technical proficiency with imaging modalities (echocardiography, angiography, CT)
- Ability to travel 75% including international assignments
- Strong cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills
