Position Overview The Oxford Hills School District is seeking excellent candidates for the position of Middle School Grades 7-8 - Health. Candidates must hold a valid Maine certificate or the ability to obtain one with appropriate endorsement(s). Reports to: Building Principal Work Schedule: 180 Day Contract Salary: $46,012.50 - $81,329.34 (SY26/27) MSAD #17 offers a robust employee benefits package for full-time employees, including health insurance with 80% of the premium paid by the employer (with up to 100% if both spouses work in the district); dental, vision, Group Life Insurance; flexible spending and dependent care accounts; Maine Public Employee Pension, 403(b) retirement plan eligibility; 15 paid sick days per year; and tuition reimbursement. Help students develop skills to apply, interpret, analyze, and evaluate voluminous, ever‑expanding information. Employ effective lesson design by adjusting to students’ personal learning needs and preferences, including appropriate technology applications.
