Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities Align business objectives with all levels of employees Drive/support change management initiatives in an assigned territory Maintain business partnerships and deliver value-added service Cultivates a collaborative environment with business partners Participates and leads regular meetings with business leaders Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and partners with legal department Represents the company for unemployment claims Provides performance management guidance and employee relations expertise Develop recruitment strategies and manage job postings using HRIS Communicates benefits offerings to employees Manage HR-related projects Requirements 3-5 years progressive experience in a Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner environment Associate’s degree or completion of SHRM certification within the first year in the position Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related degree preferred SHRM or PHR certification preferred Experience working with Unions preferred Working knowledge in HRIS systems, UKG preferred Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products Valid Driver’s License Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements in accordance with state and federal guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
