This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to serve clients from various locations. Despite the virtual nature of this role, you will work closely with a dedicated team of social workers, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff to provide integrated care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients in both clinical and community settings, providing therapy and support tailored to those experiencing major mental illness and/or emotional disorders.

• Build trust and rapport with clients to foster a safe therapeutic relationship, while maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice.

• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to determine the needs of clients, implementing appropriate care plans based on individual circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design integrated care plans and facilitate access to essential services, ensuring optimal outcomes for each patient.

• Deliver brief intervention and treatment services, including individual, group, and family therapy, with a focus on prevention and recovery strategies.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, responding promptly to clients' needs and contributing to safety plans when necessary.

• Monitor treatment progression by overseeing client meetings, admissions, and discharges, ensuring compliance with program criteria.
\n
• Meet documentation and reporting requirements in a timely manner to uphold organization standards and support effective service delivery.

• Provide on-call coverage as assigned, which may include evenings or weekends, to address client emergencies and facilitate ongoing support.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training, workshops, and team meetings to enhance skills and contribute to agency quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will include individuals experiencing significant challenges associated with mental illness, addiction, and emotional distress. Given the detoxification context, clients may be in acute crisis situations requiring immediate and compassionate interventions. Your expertise will guide them through recovery while empowering them to take charge of their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license in New Jersey is mandatory.

• A strong foundation in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies for mental health disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
