We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with strong expertise in B2B Marketing Automation, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Account Engagement (Pardot). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable marketing automation solutions, personalized customer journeys, and integrations between SFMC and Salesforce CRM to support lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth initiatives. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with strong expertise in B2B Marketing Automation, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Account Engagement (Pardot). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable marketing automation solutions, personalized customer journeys, and integrations between SFMC and Salesforce CRM to support lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Build and optimize Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder solutions.
- Develop dynamic and personalized email campaigns using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Create and manage Data Extensions, SQL Query Activities, and Filter Activities.
- Develop and maintain customer journeys, triggered sends, and transactional messaging.
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Pardot (Account Engagement), and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Design and implement lead nurturing and B2B marketing automation workflows.
- Develop reusable email templates and content blocks for marketing campaigns.
- Configure and support Marketing Cloud Connect integrations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and Salesforce administrators to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to email deliverability, automation failures, and data synchronization.
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email marketing best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and Data Extensions.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and Salesforce CRM integrations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
