AI Engineer - GenAI Platform Support

We are looking for an AI Engineer – GenAI Platform Support to configure, support, secure, and deploy enterprise GenAI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Glean , and similar AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI/ML, Python, prompt engineering, model tuning, cloud platforms, security controls, and enterprise AI integrations , along with the ability to troubleshoot platform issues and support production feature releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support enterprise GenAI platforms including Claude, OpenAI, and Glean .
• Manage Entra groups, security settings, scoped access, and Cybersecurity approvals .
• Troubleshoot bugs and defects and coordinate with platform vendors for resolution.
• Develop technical solutions for client application management and required security controls.
• Support feature releases, pilots, approvals, and production deployments .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
• Apply prompt engineering, model tuning, and AI/ML development techniques.
• Support enterprise AI platforms while following Zero-Trust and security standards .

Required Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for AI/software development.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Model Tuning .
• Experience integrating AI solutions into business workflows .
• Understanding of cloud computing and enterprise application environments .
• Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–4+ years developing or deploying ML models.
• Experience with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and GenAI applications .
• Experience configuring enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, or Glean .
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Zero-Trust, scoped access, and security controls .
• Experience with feature release management and production deployments .
• AI/ML, Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering background.
• Relevant Machine Learning, Data Science, or Analytics certifications .
