What we’re looking for The Tactical Procurement Team within Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) is responsible for supplementing the IPSS Strategic Sourcing Groups by performing any tasks that are identified and deemed “tactical” work. These tasks include but are not limited to the following: performing simple benchmarking activities, assisting with PR/PO issuance and operations tasks, supporting supplier diversity initiatives, handling simple amendments, processing NDA requests, completing purchase order revisions and maintenance, and other operational support. Requirements: Primary System work will be done primarily in TMNA, TFS, SAP Ariba, and DocuSign. Assist with processing a high volume of low‑risk and low‑dollar purchase requisitions (typically between $25,000 and $100,000). Confirm that rates on contracts/agreements align with standards and that total Ariba Cart amounts conform to supporting documentation, benchmarking, and PO issuance. Partner with Contract Analysts to process DocuSign signatures for agreements that require signatures. Research purchase requisitions to determine next steps in processing, payment status and issues, and signature status and issues. Initiate and process supplier adds in Ariba. Invite suppliers to register in Ariba and follow up through completion of registration. Assistance with PO issuance and operations tasks as needed. Process mutual and non‑mutual NDA’s, including sending templates to suppliers and facilitating any redline reviews with Legal. Process simple amendments such as date changes or extensions. Create, distribute, and execute documents. Issue purchase requisitions through Ariba. Process PO close requests in Ariba and Accounts Payable manually and via a Bot. Requirements: Secondary Assist with the Supplier Diversity program by supporting the mentorship program and diversity event support. Capture meeting minutes for critical meetings. Solid knowledge and experience of the overall Procurement Process (e.g., supplier onboarding through contract execution). Solid understanding and navigation of SAP Ariba, DocuSign, and all office productivity tools. Qualifications / What you bring (Must Haves) Recent college graduate or 0‑4 years of experience with a logistics/supply‑chain, general business, or procurement degree or equivalent experience. Solid knowledge and experience of the overall Procurement Process (e.g., supplier onboarding through contract execution). Detail oriented with a focus on organization. Ability to meet deadlines and manage a high‑volume workload. Ability to collaborate in a team environment (e.g., collaborating with business units, procurement engagement consultants, and IPSS management).
