Exciting Opportunity for an Ophthalmologist in Michigan
Our dynamic ophthalmology practice is seeking an enthusiastic physician to take the lead at one of our offices in Michigan. This partnership-track role provides competitive compensation along with exceptional clinical and surgical support, an affiliated surgical center, and a favorable work/life balance.
The Opportunity:- This physician-owned practice empowers you to have a voice and equips you with the resources necessary to excel in your field.
- Take charge of one of our six regional offices and shape your practice according to your vision.
- Join a multi-specialty team comprising 12 ophthalmologists and 12 optometrists at each location.
- Work alongside a friendly and highly skilled staff of technicians who are well-trained to handle all work-ups, assist providers, and manage the EMR system efficiently.
- Opportunity to invest in the physician-owned surgical center.
- Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with no hospital calls, weekends, holidays, or night shifts.
- Clear and established 2-year partnership track with total earnings ranging from $700K to $1 Million.
- Guaranteed base salary complemented by a lucrative production bonus during the first two years.
- Generous benefits package including over 6 weeks of PTO, 1 week for CME with a $5,000 stipend, a $50K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and more.
