National Account Sales Manager

Leading the national sales team, the full-time National Account Sales Manager will manage relationships with major retail partners, drive sales execution, and ensure brand presence across national channels while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Direct, mentor, and motivate the national sales team to achieve revenue and merchandising objectives Oversee relationships with key national accounts, ensuring alignment with corporate sales strategies Develop and monitor sales plans and promotions to drive market share growth Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 5+ years of sales management experience, with at least 3 years managing key or national accounts Proven track record of driving growth in retail or consumer product sales channels Strong leadership skills with experience leading remote teams Proficiency in CRM systems, including HubSpot and NetSuite
