Managing the day-to-day execution of national referral partnerships, the full-time National Accounts Manager will ensure operational support, compliance, and effective coordination while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary operational lead for assigned national partner accounts, ensuring timely and accurate handling of requests Coordinate cross-functional activities to support partnership onboarding and ongoing operational needs Assist in project management and reporting, contributing to the execution of partner-related projects and maintaining accurate data in Salesforce and reporting tools Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in account coordination, account management support, or client services roles, preferably in healthcare or B2B services Strong operational execution skills with experience managing workflows across multiple systems, including Salesforce Experience in cross-functional environments, coordinating with Operations, Finance, and other internal teams
