Job Description

Entry level production shop helpers
Shop Associate – ($18/hr)
Basic Job Duties

Use sanders, grinders, and hand tools to finish machined parts.
Look over finished pieces closely to make sure they meet basic standards.
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and free of debris.
Follow all safety rules and wear required protective gear at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to stand for long shifts, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled industrial shop environment subject to noise, heat, and metal debris.
Punctual attendance, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
Willing to learn how to use new tools and develop shop skills.
