Step into the build room in Vista, CA

Your day starts with a work order and a set of prints. You lay out components, verify tolerances, and bring an electro-mechanical system to life—piece by piece. By afternoon, you’re probing circuits, tightening fasteners, and running functional tests. When something behaves unexpectedly, you trace the issue through schematics, adjust wiring, or rework a solder joint. Along the way, you swap ideas with engineers and production teammates to streamline the next build. Before you clock out, you document what you built, what you found, and how you fixed it—leaving a clear trail for the next iteration.

• Assemble and verify electro-mechanical subassemblies and full systems to defined specifications and quality criteria.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to ensure precise builds.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults on units and test setups to sustain peak performance and uptime.
• Partner with engineering and production to refine assembly methods and influence product improvements.
• Keep benches and tools organized; follow safety procedures and best practices at all times.
• Create and maintain accurate build records, test results, and process notes.
• Contribute ideas to continuous improvement efforts that elevate quality and throughput.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification or related trade/college coursework is a plus.
• Hands-on background in electro-mechanical assembly or a closely related role.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical fundamentals, including wiring, soldering, and standard assembly techniques.
• Confidence reading and applying schematics, drawings, and assembly documentation.
• Strong diagnostic mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Clear communicator who collaborates effectively in a team environment.
• Comfort with common hand tools and electronic test equipment.
