Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description: Are you someone who thrives on growing digital strategy for a company that's already in growth mode? We're looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy across our five-brand restaurant and entertainment portfolio, with each brand at its own stage of digital growth. You'll shape the approach as much as run it — working across web, paid media, guest data, and analytics to grow new-guest discovery, retention, and lifetime value across the portfolio. Responsibilities: Own website strategy and performance across all five brands Manage web agency relationships for site redesigns, upkeep & SEO Own Google Business Profile, Search Console, and GA4 across all locations Manage non-Google business listings and directory accuracy Own online reputation management and review response across platforms Own the digital reservations experience across brands Manage 3rd-party online ordering presence Grow 1st-party/direct ordering through incentives and better guest experience Own online ordering test-and-learn strategy to identify what drives revenue & profitability Own email marketing and CRM strategy and execution Plan, execute and optimize paid search campaigns across brands Build and maintain cross-brand performance reporting, dashboards & scorecards Manage in-store digital signage content across all brands Maintain and evolve the team's digital maturity roadmap Manage relationships with key digital vendors and platform partners Manage marketing admin functions — donations, guest relations inboxes, weekly store communications Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or retail Hands-on expertise with GA4 and Google Search Console — fluency, not just familiarity Working knowledge of on-page and technical SEO fundamentals Experience managing paid search and/or paid social campaigns with real budget accountability Experience with email marketing/CRM platforms Comfort managing external agencies and platform vendors Experience with online ordering and/or reservations platforms a plus Data-driven decision-making with the judgment to prioritize across brands at different maturity stages Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Tech-savvy and comfortable getting hands-on with new platforms 401(k) With Employer Match Short-term & Long-term Disability Weekly Pay Paid Time Off Many more Team Member Perks FreeRange Concepts is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr FreeRange Concepts
