HR Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our dynamic HR team! This role will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer to ensure a high quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will make a thoughtful impact using creativity and initiative in recruitment strategies. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.Job Responsibilities:Day-to-day execution of the full cycle recruitment process for both clinical and non-clinical rolesPartner and consult with hiring managers to understand position being filled and ideal candidate profileActively identify, recruit and engage candidates and perform outbound sourcing efforts to fill positions in a timely fashion with high quality talentReview and assess candidate’s experience, education, training, and other qualifications against the candidate profileProvider a best in class candidate experience for all candidates while establishing and maintain relationships to ensure a robust talent funnel for current and future opportunitiesOversee candidate screening and interview scheduling coordinationSuccessfully represent the employer brand for the benefit of talent recruitmentAbility to recruit for various locations/geographies throughout the systemEffectively communicate with managers to ensure all recruitment needs are metAttend job fairs, conferences and recruitment opportunities as neededAttend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as requiredJob Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field preferredMinimum of three (3) years recruitment experience required; healthcare setting preferredDemonstrated success with creative recruitment initiativesExperience with exempt and non-exempt recruiting in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high volume rolesKnowledge of employment practices and lawsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProven ability to manage time and priorities in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExceptional candidate experience focusComfortable working with employees in different locations and time zonesMaintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and privacy of employee informationDemonstrated proficiency in applicant tracking systemsCandidate Relationship Management (CRM) experienceProficient with Microsoft OfficeHybrid PositionLocation: 3599 University Blvd, S, Jacksonville, FLThriving in a culture that you can be proud of, you will also receive many employee benefits such as the following:Competitive PayComprehensive Benefits packageVacation/Paid Time OffRetirement Plan with MatchEmployee DiscountsProfessional Development Programs #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
