Key Responsibilities

• Production Management - Take charge of the daily operations, where your strategic vision will shape production plans that align with demand forecasts. • Quality Assurance - Be the guardian of excellence! You'll implement robust quality control procedures to guarantee that every product meets stringent FDA and ISO 13485 standards. • Regulatory Compliance - Navigate the complex landscape of regulations with confidence. You'll ensure our plant not only meets but exceeds compliance standards, preparing for inspections and audits with meticulous documentation. Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business management, or a related field.
• Ten years of manufacturing experience, especially in the medical devices sector.
• Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
