TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. This permanent opportunity provides a blend of outpatient clinic care, surgical services, and hospital call while serving a rural and underserved patient population.\n

\nOne dedicated surgery day per week\n
\nFour hours of administrative time weekly\n
\n
\nClinical Practice\n
\nComprehensive OB/GYN care including outpatient clinic visits, surgical procedures, and hospital deliveries\n
\nPrenatal care and routine gynecologic procedures\n
\nDedicated clinic blocks for procedures (30–60 minutes)\n
\nClinic Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day\n
\nDeliveries: Approximately 25–30 per month for the group\n
\n

\nEMR: eClinicalWorks (clinic) and EPIC (hospital)\n
\nNo DaVinci robotic system\n
\n
\nCall Schedule\n
\nWeekday call approximately 1:2 (Mon 8a – Fri 5p)\n
\nWeekend call approximately 1:4 (Fri 5p – Mon 8a)\n
\nThe long-term goal is to extend the weekday call rotation to 1:3.\n
\n
\nCompensation & Incentives\n
\nBase Salary: $210,000 – $315,000 (DOE)\n
\n
\nSign-On / Retention Bonus Options\n
\n3-Year Commitment: $30,000 sign-on bonus paid upon hire\n
\n4-Year Commitment: $50,000 total ($30,000 upon hire + $20,000 midpoint payment)\n
\n5+ Year Commitment: $100,000 total ($50,000 upon hire + $50,000 midpoint payment) plus an additional week of PTO\n

\nMD or DO\n
\nBoard Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN\n
\nActive North Carolina medical license\n
\nBLS required\n
\nNRP required for hospital privileges\n
\n3+ years of experience preferred (new graduates may be considered)\n
