Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the unique therapeutic needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, high-quality client care that adheres to best practices in the field.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus and additional performance incentives.
