Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate effective communication among clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring that all parties are informed about the treatment process and progress.

• Create structured plans for appointments, including scheduling home visits or virtual check-ins, to monitor clients’ advancements.

• Implement and oversee the execution of personalized program plans, ensuring alignment with clients' therapeutic goals.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Submit detailed monthly and quarterly progress reports to track client advancements and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide training and support sessions for staff to ensure competency in implementing treatment plans and utilizing documentation effectively.

• Maintain meticulous records to guarantee accessibility of information for relevant parties.

• Act as a liaison between the community and mental health resources to facilitate client engagement with necessary support networks.

Our clients vary widely, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals facing diverse challenges, such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.

• Two or more years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting are necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
