Job Description Contingent - 24 hours per month (minimum) Shifts Available: Nights Location Requirement: Select three hospitals to float between Hospital locations to choose from: Detroit Main; Macomb, Novi, Southfield, St. John; West Bloomfield, Wyandotte

** GENERAL SUMMARY:**

Under general supervision, demonstrates ability to handle nursing problems and, in general, an expanded group of nursing practices. Performs nursing intervention across a variety of nursing situations. Identifies patient problems prior to explicit changes in patient-specific data collection (such as vital signs). ** EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Two to three (2-3) years of recent related clinical nursing experience in the area of practice and a demonstrated level of performance required. Willingness to float to multiple locations. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

** CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:**
