Retina Specialist (Medical or Surgical) with Retina Group of Washington (RGW)! We are seeking a growth-minded vitreoretinal specialist - surgeon or medical retina practitioner -- to join our renowned team of physicians (Eric P. Suan, MD, Matthew A, Speicher, MD, Newman J, Sund, MD, Ph.D, Timothy D. Polk, MD, Ross Lakhanpal, MD and Healther M. Tamez, MD) at The Retina Care Center (RCC). Degree Required- MD/DO

ACGME Accredited Ophthalmology Residency

Medical Retina or Vitreoretinal Surgery Fellowship

ABO - Certified (or Eligible and Completing Certification)

Our Physician Recruitment Package Includes:

^ Signing Bonus of $30K , and Career Starter Bonus of $100K on Start Date .

^ Base Salary $400K-Yr1, $500K-Yr2, and $600K-Yr3.

^ Ability to Achieve Production Bonuses from Year-1.

^ Defined 3-Year Partner Track, with No Buy-In, Loans, or Investments Required.

^ Established Partners Averaging Above 90th%ile Income Nationally .
