Key Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate expert knowledge of our automotive services and confidently recommend appropriate maintenance or repairs. Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell additional services, accessories, and maintenance packages to increase revenue.

2. Service Coordination and Time Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, technicians, and parts department personnel. Efficiently help schedule appointments, allocate resources, and coordinate work orders to ensure timely and efficient completion of automotive services. Proactively manage time to handle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.
