Skilled Carpenter – Lane Valente Lane Valente, a national maintenance and construction firm, is recruiting a Skilled Carpenter willing to travel for full‑time commercial construction projects across the United States. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Commercial renovations and buildouts Partition framing with metal or wood studs Installation of cabinetry, countertops, doors, and windows Painting (interior and exterior) Flooring installation of VCT, LVT, tile, carpet, and cove base Basic plumbing: replacement or installation of sinks, faucets, toilets, and simple drainage Basic electrical: installation of light fixtures, switches, outlets, data connections, and diagnosis of minor electrical problems Follow OSHA requirements and maintain a clean, safe, and presentable work environment Communicate effectively with customers to build and maintain relationships Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, including measurements, photographs, recommendations, and quotes Work overtime, on‑call, and overnight shifts as needed Travel extensively across the United States, including overnight stays EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Supply basic construction hand tools OSHA 30‑hour certification, or completion of OSHA 30 within 3 months of employment (paid by employer) BENEFITS OFFERED Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401‑K Retirement Plan with company match Paid vacations Further education and training opportunities Company‑paid travel and per diem for travel requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
