Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid OT license and certification appropriate for school settings
• Experience working as an Occupational Therapist in schools preferred
• Solid understanding of IEPs and documentation requirements
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and students
• Adaptable, organized, and committed to student-centered therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
• Implement therapeutic activities tailored to student goals and educational objectives
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate OT strategies into classroom routines
• Attend IEP meetings, provide input for team-based student support, and document progress
• Educate school staff and families on best practices related to sensory processing, self-regulation, and fine motor skills
• Comply with all district and legal requirements for recordkeeping and reporting
